Future 2019

Recognizing the inseparability of software and services for operating a robust and sustainable identity and access Federation, InCommon will assume stewardship of the TIER software and continue the upward trajectory launched by that program. One key need to ensure sustainability is funding. See the rationale and resources related to this change and the related proposed fee increase.
