Advance CAMP 2010 Action Items

Below are the Advance CAMP follow-up action items identified during the final session of 2010 ACAMP in Raleigh, June 25, 2010.

Each has a lead with whom the ACAMP program committee will follow up at 1, 3, and 5 months after the conclusion of the ACAMP to see how things are going. Review the  Follow-Up Plan

The descriptions, leads, and participants are provisional, pending affirmation and clarification.
