This page for describing use case of a single institution with multiple campuses and multiple license agreements

This is a simple version of the use case I had envisioned for the purpose of soliciting other institutions that fit the same scenario, as discussed on our phone call:

As a University with a main central campus and multiple remote campuses, we have a single identity management system representing all of our constituents across the multiple campuses and we strive to obtain licenses for vendor provided electronic library resources that do not distinguish between our campuses, but often times must license vendor provided electronic library resources separately for each campus.
The purpose for soliciting them:
As we move from legacy methods of providing and authorizing access to these vendor provided electronic library resources to a method using federated identity solutions, such as Shibboleth, we have faced challenges with a few vendors regarding the method to use to designate the campus affiliation of each of our users accessing the resources.  We are interested in working with InCommon and other institutions to develop best practices for the InCommon Federation on how this information should be provided to electronic library resource vendors.
