A <mdrpi:PublicationInfo/> element is included in all InCommon metadata aggregates to allow you to verify the organization (in this case, InCommon) that published the aggregates you retrieve. This element contains two XML attributes, a time stamp (creationInstant), and a unique ID for the publisher (publisher) with a value of https://incommon.org.
