Sean, just FYI, I experimented with using Confluence build-in templates with variables (under the Create button) .
There were issues and the benefits (using a variable theoretically prevents having to type the service name several times) did not seem worth it. So I developed template wiki pages without variables, including instructions for how to copy and customize the templates. It may still be a bit clunky and may be best for a flywheel to set up the wiki space (public and private) for each SAB, such as was discussed as a possible Phase 2 for this SOW.
