Sean, just FYI, I experimented with using Confluence build-in templates with variables (under the Create button) .
There were issues and the benefits (using a variable theoretically prevents having to type the servicename several times) did not seem worth it. Thus developed template pages without variables, including instructions for how to copy and customize the templates. It may still be a bit clunky and may be best for a flywheel to set up the wiki space (public and private) for each SAB, such as was discussed as a possible Phase 2 for this SOW
