This program is open to all Internet2 higher education, affiliate, federal affiliate, and non-members. If you are looking details on how to join the program, add licenses as an existing participant or move to the latest version of the NET+ CrashPlan Customer Agreement (April 2019), please contact us at netplus@internet2.edu.

Participants in the NET+ Code42 program can take advantage of several community benefits. 

Participate in our Online Community (Participants Only):

Institutions participating in participating in the NET+ Code42 program may CrashPlan program may take advantage of our email discussion list, receive our program newsletter and participate in other activities and events by joining our NET+ Code42 CrashPlan email distribution list. Please contact contact netplus@internet2.edu to be added.

Join the Code42 CrashPlan Community Forum (Open to all Code42 CrashPlan Customers):

Customers of Code42 CrashPlan are encouraged to join join the Code42 CrashPlan CommunitySee Sign up for the enterprise customer portal for instructions to join.

Key Program Updates

Existing subscribers are encouraged to migrate to the latest version of the Customer Agreement – released April 2019. The new agreement maintains current pricing and adds additional products and services. You may learn more by reviewing this information sheet.

Subscribers may also review our mailing list archives for monthly updates on the program and the Code42 CrashPlan product.

The NET+ Code42 CrashPlan program is managed by an Internet2 program manager with the support of the NET+ Code42 CrashPlan Service Advisory Board. 

The NET+ Code42 CrashPlan Service Advisory Board reviews and priorities community feature requests on a quarterly basis and submits them to Code42 CrashPlan product leadership. Feature requests may be submitted using this form.
