  1. Make sure the templates are defined
  2. We will drill down on template content as time allows.
  3. Capture distinctions in Modality
  4. Capture infrastructure (such as Identity Management) as needed to support capabilities

Other deliverables for the summer

  1. We should capturing pain points but that should not be a part of the 2 1/2 days.
  2. We should generate a heat map on the capabilities

Review of Draft conceptual data model

  1. Groups: JB: how do we represent groups?  LF: Present in model as an abstract object.   The group is present in many points
  2. Role: LF: distinguish the person from the role.  A person may assume multiple roles.
  3. Everything in the information layer of the capability map should tie to the conceptual info model.
