The group presented to the Itana Community on June 7th,2024. Deliverables have been linked below. The group will not be meeting over the summer. We may revisit in the fall to follow up on next steps for the outputs.
The group is forming in the fall of 2023. While the team will have some criteria of success from the ITANA steering team, the group will also be providing insight and guidance on what are valuable deliverables from this work. Stay tuned as we haven't met yet. The highest level deliverable will be to provide a capability model for an IT governance capability within the context of higher education.
Proposed charge for this group:
A call to participate will go out to the ITANA list and as a working group summary in the ITANA meeting. We will welcome people to join at any time. All skill levels are welcome to join. This effort has concrete deliverables but knowledge sharing and building a network via working in a smaller group are also desired outcomes of this work.
A small team is meeting weekly to plan the summits.

Our goal is to have a deliverable by the end of April 2024. Our final presentation is due to Itana meeting on June 7th.
