As of v3.1.0, it is possible to specify a redirect target when a Petition is first created. If set, this target will be used instead of the Finalization Redirect URL (as described above). 
As of v3.3.0, Petition-Specific Redirect Targets are also supported in place of the Confirmation Redirect URL.
Permitted redirect URLs must be whitelisted using the Enrollment Flow's Return URL Whitelist configuration, which is a list of regular expressions, one per line. Example whitelist values:
