looking at the calendar, we have a 2.5 week sprint
given the need to get .4 done and how the tickets in .4 do not match what's in the sprint03 targeted ticket, we aren't doing so much sprint planning as we are doing aim at what needs to be done for .4
So, sprint04 = .4 release and sprint05 will be a review of what tickets are open that need to be released in .5 and .6 and match them to what get targets in sprint05+

CO-208: "tip of iceberg" ticket; add to sprint04
CO-221: put this off for a while
CO-220: done for 1.3 and need to make sure it works for 2.0; sprint04
CO-80: same; sprint04
CO-182 and 183: started, 183 is nowhere near done; sprint04 for 182 and spring05 for 183
CO-179: sprint05?
CO-81: sprint05?
