1) Brief updates from each of the pilots
a) UEN – The pilot is underway. Jim Stewart will be giving the update at the Workshop
b) Nebraska – they are refining their slides and have had a discussion with InCommon scholarship with Ann and Bernie. They have also had IVP discussions
c) Maryland – They are continuing to work on the presentation and will be including K-12 and extension of the program. Testing is a driver
d) Merit – Ready for the presentation. The Pilot is stalled at this point. They are curios to learn how to generate more interest
e) MCNC – Moving along and trying to get things completed. Davidson College Meta Data is part of InCommon. They are trying to set up Moodle Room data submitted. They must submit since they own the domain.
f) Comments about the roadmap Ann sent out?
i) Nebraska is hoping to get a response

iv) A topic for discussion could be how to generate interest in InCommon and federation. Pilots are looking for people within the K-12 system to lead the charge in federation.

c) Pilot Panel: Applications and Value Propositions for K-12 on Friday morning, Feb. 7
i) Bernie A’cs, IlliniCloud
3) Desired outcomes from workshop
a) sharing successes/experiences in panel presentations
b) highlighting support contribution from InCommon Affiliates
c) sharing longer term goals of initial pilots
d) highlighting some of the key applications targeted (InBloom, etc)
e) next round of pilots
f) are 1st round pilots willing to assist support effort for 2nd round pilots
g) Suggestion to post minutes of the All Pilots calls on the wiki at link here. Any objections?
