This diagram roughly flows top left to bottom right chronologically.  The interaction of site admins/delegated admins with the FM can be an ongoing/as needed process whenever they need to add/update/delete info in entity metadata.  Metadata signing and publication occurs once every Internet2 business day between 2-3 p.m. ET.
