Access control with Shibboleth and Grouper. How to populate identity stores.
Newcastle University has been using Shibboleth to do authentication for quite a while
Use Grouper for authorizaiton decisions
All hierarchy information is in Grouper. Then expose that for authorization.
Problems were incovered in the Newcastle data architecture

So needed a project to tie this together
