DCN - The Dynamic Circuit Network Working Group will examine uses and development for the DCN service as well as provide best practices and expectations for RONs and campuses.

Performance - The Performance Working Group will work with I2 staff and the community to provide best practices for network performance. Implementations and practices will be examined.

Peering- The Peering Working Group will hear reports on the progress on peering in the Internet2 network and make recommendations regarding best practices, protocol choices and adoption.

Phoebus/Bulk Transport - The Phoebus Working group will examine Phoebus and other high bandwidth file transfer protocols. The group will make recommendations regarding best practices, protocol choices and adoption recommendations.

Information and Infrastructure - Of late there has been much interest in ways of describing and discovering network resources and infrastructure. This group will examine those areas and make recommendations

Routing Policy - There was an incident involving the advertisement of routes across the Interne2 network which violated principles held to be self-evident by many in the community. This group reexamines and articulates the principles via a document.
