NOTE: Reception included for those registered for NANOG 60.
NANOG will provide to NetGurus, a room to be set in closed Board style conference seating to support 20-30 R&E Operators on Sunday, February 9, 2014 before NANOG 60 begins.
NANOG can provide projector and screen if needed.
Meeting time is tentative for 11:00 am (break for lunch on your own) and resume around 1:30 concluding at 5: or 5:30.
NetGurus, who are also registered for NANOG 60, will be invited to join NANOGers and the Education students for a light refreshment reception expected to begin at 6 pm.
The NANOG Room Block at the Westin PeachTree will accommodate the early arrival of NetGurus. They will find hotel reservation information on the web.
Betty, Jeffry and Michael will continue to reach out and find a sponsor to pay for the light afternoon break food, and the continuous coffee/tea service for the meeting. NANOG will order on the NANOG F&B.
The actual room assignment will not be known for a few more weeks. When established, NANOG will share the room location/information.
Jeffry will send out the meeting announcement and track attendance information so as to not overfill the room.
NANOG will put a note on the NANOG 60 meeting page, with reference to the NetGurus meeting and agenda if known.
