Here’s What & How We’ll Do This

Each month a representative from each Working Group, product team, or any other “moving part” of the TIER project will give a very brief update on:

1. What has transpired in your moving part during the previous month that people in other moving parts may want to know about
2. Outlook for the coming month to help others who may need to track your moving part know when they should pay closer attention
3. Any specific questions your moving part wants to lob out to the readership of this monthly update

Someone will send out a monthly nag about this to WG chairs and team leads. They’ll also maintain a list of recipients covering all those who participate in some TIER moving part and probably some others who want to follow an internally-oriented update like this.

Brevity is a virtue! Focus on what others need to know rather than all that you did or the whole story.
