- Post the proposed document or a link to it on the wiki for the working group (document can be in a PDF)
- Create a new wiki page (as a child page from the wiki for the working group, unless there are permissions issues, in which case the new wiki page can be child page of the consultations wiki) with a feedback table to collect community comments on the document. If there is no working group associated with the consultation, one option is to post it consulation wiki page under the InCommon Collaborate page, such as this.
