AGENDA
1) RFQ process update
- HamptonS: Response from preferred vendor to RFQ subcommittee queries sent to team list;
- Substantive discussion around preparing for RFQ subcommittee call with preferred vendor to hammer out budget and other detaiils. Call scheduled for Wednesday, 29 February. Hampton to send notes on this part of the meeting to the team.
2) New Standing Item - Updates from each Work Stream lead
- Registries: Questions coming back; planning for an identity matching project; Dedra: contacts from couple institutions to join team
- Provisioning: Working on demonstrator project: Connect SoR (Workday) to Registry leveraging SCIM schema and protocol; Requirements need to be documented for the workstream as a whole.
- Access Management: Work on coordinating approaches of Kuali Rice and Internet2 Grouper.
- Authentication: Jim Jokl, U Va, has agreed to review the materials
3) Reference architecture (discuss in email;; feature on agenda for 2 March)
4) Coordination of Rice and Grouper and other cross-team pairs (discuss in email; feature on agenda for 2 March)
