Background
The “Identity Console” is a project identified by the Joint Venture Architecture Committee to provide a common web interface to disparate identity services. There is no existing project to build upon, the work here is entirely new build.
Hypothetical Request
The Joint Venture Architecture Committee proposes the allocation of 2 FTE for one year to perform an initial build out of this project.
Execution
As this project crosses multiple workstreams, a request is made for shared services funding. Upon approval, the project is incubated within one of the JV communities. As the project is not yet mature enough to warrant a steering committee, a member of the Joint Venture Architecture Committee is selected to "mentor" the project.
