PSU and UFla - does this mean you've integrated the same service with two different protocols? Or have you figured a way to bridge Shibb/SAML SSO to LTI?

We do both. We use D2L for our LMS and we have LTI links within D2L, but we also allow folks to login directly via Shibboleth. We just got the latter working and I'm not sure how our academic departments intend to market the Shibboleth login to Turnitin.
