Duo Security Campus License Program
InCommon and Duo Security offer campuses a site-licensing program with the following features:
- True site licensing (fixed annual cost with unlimited use) for on-campus use
- Very low effective price per user (as low as $1 per user per year assuming a widespread campus deployment)
- Flexible scoping rules that allow deployments for faculty/staff only or faculty/staff/student, plus special provisions for campuses with hospitals

The goal is to make two-factor authentication (2FA) affordable at scale for campuses. We will also offer other 2FA solutions, but for now Duo Security is InCommon's primary phone-based offering.
