- CTAB Election: review slate and voting
- There are up to 3 membership positions on CTAB to fill
- 3 CTAB members (Brett, Rachana, John) have terms finishing in Dec 2021 https://incommon.org/community/leadership/
- Rachana and John have offered to be on the ballot for an additional term
- In response to a question, Rachana and John both stated they are fine with not being re-elected if there are promising new candidates ready to step up
- There are 7 nominees for CTAB, (including Rachana and John) with up to 3 slots to fill
- Albert will be sending a ballot to CTAB members for voting
- Hope to wrap up the CTAB election by Monday, Nov. 22, 2021
- Hope to find balance between new energy and “experienced” community participants
- It's helpful to find some representation from institutions of various sizes and with different levels of research engagement

- Where contact info is missing, see the link to google drive folder. This approach is used since the info changes frequently

- Some organizations may not have received/read our outreach emails
- Next week’s email will ask for “Acknowledgement of InCommon Baseline Expectations 2 for Trust in Federation Deadline”, and will include an extension request
