Added a case studies area to the Assurance wiki
Outline of case study sent to the assurance list, offered to make this a wiki template with guidance on how to use, could make available as a Word document, etc., too.  Will wait for feedback until the end of this week.
Legal agreement work is proceeding
Technical testing – the TAC is converting the implementation testing documentation into a set of guidelines/recommendations for implementing Silver assertions.
Some discussion about error handling and what to do in case an IdP is listed as Silver capable but does not assert silver, what should/does the SP do?
Discussion about preferences for ability for metadata maintainers at institutions who are approved for silver to be able to elect when the Silver flag is added to their metadata in order to manage communication of the change to customers/etc.

Mark: Question re: toolbox for auditors- any progress on getting that put together?
Ann: Meeting with Karl Heinz soon to discuss modifications of existing auditor checklist for IAP/IAAF version 1.1.  Working with CIC auditors to get an example of an audit summary that can be shared with other auditors.  There’s also text of an info sheet for auditors in the works, can share if anyone is interested – contributed by Dennis Skovsted.
Interested parties should end any questions on the audit resources to Ann.

Case Study template -  Send email to group. Iowa would love to do one of these after finishing Silver project. In a week, Mark to develop an audit plan and interested to know what resources will be available for auditing staff.

3) Review note to InCommon Participants list for public review period (I’ll send a draft to the Assurance list shortly)

Ann - Community wiki - rehome cookbook there as well as notes and public review comments page
Ann - create a wiki page to keep track of comments.
Mark - maintain the comments page (Ann to ensure permissions are set.)
Ann -  set up Assurance-ADSilver alias - Mark will post on the site.
Alias: Nick, Mark, Ann

Nick – modify draft note on public review period to include link to comments page, more prominent date and a request to send responses to assurance-adsilver@incommon.org.

Nick - send a note to Larry about final sign off. (cc Brian and Ann)

4) Discussion: what’s left to do?

Nick - set up a call after the comment period ends.
Ann noted that we will want to add a change log to the end of the document with information about versions and dates (Draft, PRD 1, Final etc.)
Might want to talk to Renee Shuey and Bob Morgan about process / recommendations from the TAC about taking the word “draft” off the cookbook, although it is a contributed community resource, so that should be up to the community.
