Symptom is jobs not finishing:
See the daemon has been running (and pay attn to the host that was running). The host restarts daily at 4am, and that looks ok

However, tomcat in the container is restarting
Nothing in logs, it just looks like it restarts without error
Its not using enough memory, can bump this up
Look at job gantt chart
Bump up memory
Adjust daemon schedules
Look at schedules and document and move some things around so they dont overlap
