- convene registrars to agree to and sign off on bundles
- challenge being creating bundles that work for everyone
Internet2 working on an international application code of conduct
- in line with EU standards
- need to put in verbiage to allow for changes on the fly to application code of conduct

- -need institutions to sign off on modified code of conduct with allowances for future changes
