     delegated administration of metadata, site admin password resets, executive contact tools (desk phone locality not needed)

     metadata aggregate, single entity metadata files, new entity tags (role based access)

     social to SAML gateways

     federation manager and certificate manager multi-factor access

     regional federations

     certificates, IETF certified 

     multi-factor  -  Duo

     Net+  -  eduRoam, docusign

     assurance,  bronze reading, gold profile coming(?)

     community engagement

     software, Shibboleth, grouper, commit

     inter-federation, eduGain or bilateral

     very busy, what should be the priority?

     Jacob Farmer - leverage with vendors, helping vendors develop federation understanding

     Jim Basney - SPs need commonality and concensus among IdPs

     Steve Carmody - initially the bar was set low; is it time to raise the bar for InCommon membership.

     Scott Koranda - noticed research wasn't mentioned in John's list, what's InCommon's commitment to researech?

                             more attribute release, more federated incident response

                             Paul Caskey wonders if IdP of last resort would be useful

                             Scott Cantor wonders if NSF (etc) could mandate useful IdP behavior for faculty

     Jack Suess - does waiting for the government makes us slower than we otherwise would be

                         should we just do a multi-factor profile, is there another profile useful to research

    Jacob  -  helping SPs route attribute release configuration needs

    Michael Gettes - years ago push to 'educate CIOs' but should this be targeted at those reporting to CIOs

    Jim B.  -  InCommon helpdesk?  track workflows 

    Kevin Morooney  - the trade-offs, mature projects vs. new projects, agrees with Steven's point of 'this tall to get on the ride'

    Steven - is there too much 'thin' use of the feederation?  does that dimension need more development?

                finding the appropriate person on campus for particular contacts

                operational infrastructure for inter-federation

                cypher!  words can't describe Brown's pain trying to integrate with a vendor solution

                 stuff 'onto the plate' vs. stuff 'off the plate' - assurance, 

    Michael - re-emphasize importance of CommonApp (?) back at the home institutions (with registrars, etc)

    Henry Hughes,  Niels  - importance of international cooperation, and federation routing for issues

    Kevin - social to SAML importance

    Jack - Are there SP's to highlight as 'doing it right'?  Scott C. -  WebAssign!
