The Internet2 NET+ Zoom Program is open to all Not-for-profit higher education institutions whose main campuses are located in the United States, or entities mutually agreed to between Internet2 and Zoom. This wiki page provides an overview on how to make the most of your program participation by sharing details on service documentation, upcoming events, latest Service Advisory Group news, and other community resources.

Institutions participating in the NET+ Zoom program may take advantage of our email discussion list, receive our program newsletter and participate in other activities and events by joining our NET+ Zoom email distribution list. Please contact netplus@internet2.edu to be added.

Send Feedback or Submit a Feature Request:
The NET+ Zoom Program Manager reviews and prioritizes community feature requests on a quarterly basis and submits them to Zoom product leadership. Feature requests may be submitted using this form.

2024
- NET+ and a Zoom Executive Advisory Group convened in Q1/Q2 2024 to review and update NET+ Zoom Program Pricing. Details on this collaboration can be found here, as well an FAQ about the pricing adjustments.
2025
- NET+ Zoom community subscriber and Zoom Product Development leads have reconvened the NET+ Zoom Service Advisory Group.
- NET+ Zoom Amendment are in process for update of WCAG 2.1 language, and ZoomOne for Education product name change to Zoom Workplace for Education.
