Living Documents

Documents listed on this page are collaborative works-in-progress. If you wish to "checkout" a document, follow these steps:

1. Download the desired attachment.
2. Leave a note on this page indicating you have checked out the document.
3. Modify the document as desired.
4. Upload the modified document.
5. Remove the note (thereby indicating that the document is available for checkout).

When you upload a modified version of the document to the wiki, do not change the name of the document since that is what triggers version control. The wiki automatically creates a new version of the document while archiving the old version. Click on "manage" at the bottom of the page to see how version control works.
