1.    Update from Internet2 on CPS
Chris Robb indicated that the peering switch in NY has been moved to the fiber meet-me room.  This allows Internet2 to migrate connections to higher speeds and to get cross connects more easily.  Upgraded connections in NY and Chicago to one peer have been installed this fall, as well.  The router and the peering switch are in different locations in Chicago so Internet2 is looking for additional fiber to deal with this and will be completing this project early in October.  The additional fiber will provide a more resilient connectivity.

2.    Update on migration of IPv6
On Wednesday, the v6 commercial peers will be transitioning to the CPS vrf.  This will change the BGP peering to the new peerings that have been established recently.  This should be a seamless transition.
