• George - Ask Jim Stewart as to his questions about business Models
• George – Find document to give to new pilots and find a call time – note and doodle poll to go out no later than Wednesday, February 19
• George - Invite new pilots and schedule those calls.
• Emily – Workshop notes in two weeks

a)    Mapping DNS is a good effort to link into the conversations

b)    Other regional who would like to works on modeling details – MOREnet

c)    Collect MetaData Schema on EduPerson

d)    Having the Google Doc to refer to is a good thing. Once there was the announcement that Nebraska was a pilot – Universities became very interested. Then K-12. K-20 is the conversation. Framing Identity management is important for K-20 especially in approaching the state legislator asking for funding. How do people sign p. Doodle poll to indicate first and second choices for call slots

i)      The process was valuable and it should be done again. It was beneficial to meet in person because of the people it brought together. It is also valuable in bringing these pilots together.

ii)     This can be done organically

iii)    Set up calls with individual new pilots

iv)   Use time after the Pilot Def and All Pilots to have calls with new Pilots
