This page tracks the versions of the InCommon Assurance Assessment Framework and the Identity Assurance Profiles that are available and under development.
InCommon is currently certifying IdPOs under this version.
Reviewed by the Community in April and May, approved by the Assurance Advisory and Steering Committees, and submitted to FICAM in June for approval.
After negotiation with FICAM in October and November, InCommon submitted this DRAFT to FICAM in November 2012. Once FICAM approves the update version, InCommon will hold a short Community Review of the changed sections. This draft is Community FYI only.

InCommon expects no additional changes to the Framework or Profiles due to FICAM negotiation, so we are making this release candidate available for public review. While we will collect and review all suggestions, those pertaining to the FICAM changes are highest priority, since the Community had an extensive review of 1.2 in June.
