Nate: Internet2 has set up 2 VM's we can use for prototype development and testing. Michael has volunteered to do LDAP environment and Nate is setting up the IdP. IdP is done and ready for use by real services. Work that remains to be done:
LDAP not yet ready. Most of the work lies in the development of user interfaces. Skinning these pages, branding.
Michael: Now has access and is installing LDAP software. Will need to get with Nate for configuration. Will try to do some load testing on a single instance.
Arnie discussed Hitachi ID offering of a free front demo deployment.
We need to see which Integration Strategies Hitachi can deliver before October 12.
Getting the Shib log-in screen right is something we need to have right before October 12.
We decided that the first win on the services side will be to get the unique identifier working.
Parchment will allow the use of their skins. College Board will get back next week. ACT will get back next week.
