Just some notes regarding Memphis' upgrade from 1.3.1 to 1.4.0

Code changes when using the new API :

• Refactor code using the Grouper API to point to relocated classes, e.g. edu.internet2.middleware.grouper.exception and .cfg and .privs
• MemberFinder.findBySubject() no longer throws MemberNotFound exception
• Implement printConfig() and checkConfig() for our custom Source
