The TIER Config Builder image can be used to generate a working configuration for the Shibboleth-IdP and also for the related Tomcat installation to be used when deploying TIER containers.
It can be used by simply running the docker image from the public docker repository in interactive mode and supplying a bind mount to a local directory of your choosing on the command line.
Your configuration files will be archived (zipped) and placed into that local directory (in the example below, it is a child directory of your current directory called 'myconfig').
