UofT We'll implement a Balanced Score Card to help track the improvement in the execution of business processes that have been service enabled.

10.3 Additional comments:

Georgetown SOA concepts and technologies enable us to plan toward and adopt cloud based services with greater confidence in our ability to integrate them. 


UofT We're not sure that IT will benefit directly from SOA, but we do anticipate that some business processes, with the availability of real-time data, will be improved.

Washinton Cost savings analysis has not been done
Cost savings may not be where one might expect (eg a set of standard set of xml parsing algorithms that can be re-used)

Colorado
Very hard to measure, without an ERP implementation project, I'm not sure that we could have justified the initial investment.  Goal is to baseline cost of new integrations by complexity level in Q1 2013 and then drive that cost down over the 2013 calendar year.
