   8. Define a range of solutions for different levels of maturity. Out-of-the-box simple solutions vs. building complex solutions. Example: Simple Web CMS vs. a large workflow driven content management solution. Simple document management can be bought out of the box vs. complex document management that requires several other pieces of infrastructure and maturity.
