   2. Develop applicable definitions (what do we mean by workflow?)
   3. Define use cases to illustrate the range of problems that we're trying to solve.

   6. Adapt information from well-known workflow sites to higher education (the workflow management coalition site is www.wfmc.org
   7. Define a range of solutions for different levels of maturity. Out-of-the-box simple solutions vs. building complex solutions. Example: Simple Web CMS vs. a large workflow driven content management solution. Simple document management can be bought out of the box vs. complex document management that requires several other pieces of infrastructure and maturity.
