The draft Reference Architecture for Teaching and Learning (RATL) is a product of the ITANA Learning Working Group. This page is under development as we continue to incorporate and expand on the working group's findings from 2013.

Capabilities

A capability identifies something that an enterprise needs to be able to do to succeed. Capabilities show what the enterprise should be able to do, not how it is done or who does it. Agreement on high level capabilities is a foundation for subsequent analysis and planning of business processes and technology solutions.
