This will be an update on the Multi-Vendor 10 Gigabit Testing that Matt Zekauskus and Tom Throkmorton discussed at the WG at the Feb. 2009 Joint Techs in College Station.
5. Work with ReadyNet.
ReadyNet has disk depots that cache data placed throughout the U.S. They have been experiencing some challenges moving data between the depots. In order to troubleshoot, they have installed a number of Internet2 network performance and diagnostic tools including: OWAMP, BWCTL and NDT. It will be interesting to hear their approach to troubleshooting the problem, findings, and any insights for the future.
