Goal #1 (Instructure Customer Experience)

Continue to have timely discussions about Instructure’s Customer Experience as it relates to Instructure products, platform, and services, the NET+ Canvas program and our community of institutions. 

  • Deliverable: Bring to light community needs that are not being addressed otherwise in these areas. 
  • Deliverable: Instructure to provide documents for Platform, LTI, Security, Privacy, & Accessibility.
  • Deliverable: Be intentional about curating Net+ Advisory Board meeting agendas that focus on Instructure’s customer experience. 
    • Include representatives from Instructure’s Center of Excellence to advise on best practices with Instructure’s product and platform.
    • Include representatives from Instructure’s services team to educate/consult.

Goal #2 (Instructure Strategy)

Instructure to conduct discussion about Instructure product roadmap, corporate strategy Instructure’s partner ecosystem and education market trends/disruptions (Ex. AI/ChatGPT).

  • Deliverable: Instructure to facilitate timely discussion on Instructure's strategy. 
  • Deliverable: Refresh Instructure's Partner Program documentation and roadmap. 
    • Outline what it means to be an Instructure Partner and how customers can utilize the Partner Community. 
    • Add attributes from Internet2 Cloud Scorecard to the Partner Community space. 
  • Deliverable: Shiren, Tara, Mackenzie and Kevin to discuss Instructure product roadmap semi-annually.
    • Continue conversations regarding storage lifecycle.
  • Deliverable: Semi-annual discussion about market trends/disruptions.

Goal #3 (Net+ Instructure Community Experience) 

Identify ways that all participating institutions can interact with the advisory board and Instructure.

    • Deliverable: Quarterly webinars on new products and processes.
      • Idea: require homework from attendees?
    • Deliverable: Identify opportunities / vehicles for 2 way communication (office hours with board, NET+, Instructure? Or tech shares, meeting minutes or quarterly updates)

    • Regional meetups/webinars with I2 Community
