Internet2 NET+ is pleased to announce a 12 month townhall series for our NET+ ServiceNow participants.  Please see below for our series details for each month.  You can also pre-mark your calendars as each townhall will be scheduled for the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 3:00pm ET.  More details are below.  If you would like to participate in one of these townhalls, please reach out to me, Quyen Vaillant (qvaillant@internet2.edu), and we can get you involved.  Also, if you have ideas for other townhalls, we would love to hear them and work with you to get them scheduled.  Please reach out to me with those ideas as well.  Thank you.

Has Hardware Asset Management been on your mind? Well, you are not alone. In a recent survey, this was the top vote getter for topics to cover in our Townhall series on the ServiceNow platform. As you might guess, the community is still early in its path development for HAM but we can learn from our peers. In this Townhall, we will hear from Yale University, University of Maryland, and Wesleyan University on their initial steps in moving down this road on topics such as what problems they are looking to solve, the processes they've followed thus far, and timelines. We will even see a demo from University of Maryland and a HAM expert from ServiceNow will be available to answer your questions. Please join your peers for this event.
