Proposed Use Case Text:

"Annie Applicant took a standardized test and created online credentials for herself with the service organization. She has been using those credentials successfully with the service organization. Next, she creates an account with a college application service.

The application service mentions that, if she creates an AdmitMe account, she can send all her information to schools digitally. She creates an AdmitMe account following a link from the application service. AdmitMe prompts her to associate her new AdmitMe account with other organizations involved in the applications process, including the service organization.

She follows a link from AdmitMe to the standardized test service. The standardized test service prompts her to login using her local credentials. Her local account at the standardized test service is associated with and linked to her AdmitMe account, and her AdmitMe account is upgraded to a higher level of assurance.

Next, she needs to examine her opportunities for financial aid. This time, she sees that she can use her existing AdmitMe credentials to establish an account at the lending service.

Finally, she is ready to apply to a school, and she logs into that school with AdmitMe. The school uses the AdmitMe identifier to acquire all the data about Annie Applicant to decide whether to admit her."
