Email request made to eduroam-support list

  1. For Administrator and Technical contacts direct requester to https://www.eduroam.us/admin-login to update their contact info.

  2. For Billing contacts the update is performed in Salesforce by Service Management or the Program Manager

    1. Email requester once contact update is complete

Contact changed in eduroam admin interface

  1. Administrator and Technical contact information will be stored in Anyroam’s database until next sync, when it will be imported into Salesforce

  2. Billing contacts cannot be changed in admin interface. There is language in the interface which directs users to email billing contact updates to eduroam-support@internet2.edu

Email request made to support@anyroam.net

  1. For Billing contact requests Anyroam directs users to email billing contact updates to eduroam-support@internet2.edu

  2. For Administrative and Technical updates Anyroam will walk requestor through the steps of updating contact in eduroam admin interface

  3. Contact information will be stored in Anyroam’s database until next sync


NOTE: Before any mass mailings go out part of the the process should be a forced database sync to ensure all contact information is as up to date as possible
