Below are the draft goals for the NET+ Code42 program as developed by the NET+ Code42 Service Advisory Board:
Draft of 2020 Program Goals
- Create a feedback loop for key issues for higher education on the Code42 product roadmap
- Deliverable: Update process for the advisory board and the community to submit feature requests.
- Deliverable: Develop/refine calendar, meeting structure, and topics documentation for quarterly review of the roadmap to help inform feature requests.
- Community knowledge base or share for best practices to implement Code42 in higher ed. This will allow participating institutions to leverage the fact that we are moving to the cloud to create common documentation
- Deliverable: Determine where to post these documents, determine key topics, educate the subscribers.
- Further build out community communication
- Deliverable: Slack channel for more ongoing communication. Start by setting up for the Service Advisory Board and evaluate whether it will scale to all subscribers.
- Deliverable: Evaluate the option to setup a higher ed subgroup on the Code42 community.
