The TIER packaging working group https://spaces.at.internet2.edu/pages/viewpage.action?title=TIER+Packaging+Working+Group&spaceKey=TPWG has created a survey to determine community needs for packaging, default configuration, tooling, etc., for Shibboleth, Grouper, and COmanage.
