If you have a document to put in the repository, please email emily@internet2.edu.

 

These are instructions for the Document Repository Librarian only.
Only the librarian should put docs into the repository.

 

  1. Assign the Doc ID number according the instructions here. https://spaces.at.internet2.edu/x/BA0ZBg Do not assume you can take the next number from looking at the repository itself. 
  2. Browse to Repository Metadata Page Template.
  3. Select Copy from the ... menu to create a new repository metadata page.
  4. Change the page title to the repository ID (e.g., TI.15.2).
  5. Click on the little document tree icon to move the document under Interim Trust and Identity Document Repository Index.
  6. Save the document.
  7. Attach the document onto your new repository metadata page.
  8. Edit the new repository metadata page and fill in the second column of the table.  Do not change the metadata element names in the first column.
    1. To set the Location value in the table...
      1. Select the second column of the Location row by clicking on it.
      2. Click the link icon to insert a link.
      3. Click on Files and copy the URL of the attached document.  (Right-click on the name of the attachment on Linux.)
      4. Click on Web link and paste the document's URL into the Target field.
        1. It should look something like https://spaces.at.internet2.edu/display /TI/TI.11.1?preview=%2F110336095%2F110336096%2F00010-ARecipeForConfiguringAndOperatingLDAPDirectories.pdf 
      5. Click Insert.
