- Assign the Doc ID number according the instructions here. https://spaces.at.internet2.edu/x/BA0ZBg Do not assume you can take the next number from looking at the repository itself.
- Browse to Repository Metadata Page Template.
- Select Copy from the ... menu to create a new repository metadata page.
- Change the page title to the repository ID (e.g., TI.15.2).
- Click on the little document tree icon to move the document under Interim Trust and Identity Document Repository Index.
- Save the document.
- Attach the document onto your new repository metadata page.
- Edit the new repository metadata page and fill in the second column of the table. Do not change the metadata element names in the first column.
- To set the Location value in the table...
- Select the second column of the Location row by clicking on it.
- Click the link icon to insert a link.
- Click on Files and copy the URL of the attached document. (Right-click on the name of the attachment on Linux.)
- Click on Web link and paste the document's URL into the Target field.
- It should look something like https://spaces.at.internet2.edu/display /TI/TI.11.1?preview=%2F110336095%2F110336096%2F00010-ARecipeForConfiguringAndOperatingLDAPDirectories.pdf
- Click Insert.
