* Workshop registration includes:

  • an afternoon refreshment break and reception (including one drink ticket) on Monday, June 21
  • breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks on Tuesday, June 22
  • breakfast and a morning refreshment break on Wednesday, June 23
  • all program materials

** You must register and pay an additional fee for pre-meeting seminars.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policies

You may pay for this conference in the form of a credit card or invoice guaranteed by credit card. When you visit the registration page, you will be asked to indicate your form of payment. If you request an invoice and the invoice is not paid within 30 days of receipt, the credit card provided will automatically be charged for your meeting registration fee.

Cancellations received on or before 11:59pm EDT on Tuesday June 1, 2010, are entitled to a full conference refund. There will be no refunds after this date. If you cancel after 11:59pm EDT on Tuesday June 1, 2010, and have not paid by any other means, your credit card will be charged the cost of the registration fee. If you cancel your registration after 11:59pm EDT on Tuesday June 1, 2010, you may name another person from your organization to take your place.

Online Registration

Registration is now closed.

Registration List

Current registration list is now available.

The registration list is provided as a service for conference participants, offering a convenient way to network with colleagues. The data provided in this list may not be harvested, sold to others, incorporated into any other type of database, used to generate mailing lists, or employed for any promotional purpose.

Photo Permission

Any person who attends an InCommon Meeting, Workshop, or other event, grants permission to Internet2/InCommon to use and publish his or her image or likeness collected in connection with the event for any usual and customary purpose of InCommon, including promotion of InCommon and its program
