There was a high level of confidence in the approach. Perspectives were shared and attribute maturity descriptions modified or commented on to be addressed in the future. |

We expect an initial draft of the Maturity Model component to be ready in September after 1-2 more working group meetings to discuss and a subgroup writing the final document. We will look to move the meeting 1 hour earlier to avoid current conflicts. |
Action items
- Everyone should continue to refine the 02 Maturity Model component based on our discussions and feedback.
- Attribute leaders for Scope Definition and Engagement should be prepared to present their attribute.
- Louis to check in with JJ and José to see if they can meet one hour earlier.
- Louis to send out new invites at current cadence.
